Errors & Corrections
Adaptive Investing · Effective October 9, 2026 · Last updated October 9, 2026
Live scoring is temporarily paused while we set up properly licensed market data, so no scores are shown right now. You can still report problems with anything on the site, and this page explains how reports will be handled when scores return.
1. How to Report an Error
Email contact@adaptive-investing.com with "Correction" in the subject line. Please include:
- The ticker (for example, the company's stock symbol);
- What looks wrong — the figure, field, score, or band, and the value you saw;
- When you saw it (date and, if you can, time);
- Where the correct figure comes from, if you know — for example, a page of the company's SEC filing.
You can report a data error, a problem with how a score was computed, or text on the site that is inaccurate or misleading.
2. Response Target
We aim to send a first response within 5 business days of receiving your report.
3. What Happens Next
- Review. We check the report against the source data (such as the company's filings) and against how our fixed rubric, the same rubric for every company, should have been applied.
- Correction. If the input data was wrong or the rubric was applied incorrectly, we will correct the underlying data or rubric where we can. Scores computed after the fix reflect it, for every visitor.
- Pausing. If we cannot quickly confirm the right data, or a defect cannot be fixed promptly, we may pause scoring for affected securities or entirely while we fix it.
- No change needed. If the data and the computation are correct, we explain why.
- Logging. Material corrections, and any pause of scoring they required, are recorded in the public log below.
We correct errors in data and computation. We do not change a score because someone disagrees with how the rubric rates a company, and we do not change scores at the request of, or in exchange for anything from, an issuer or anyone else. The rubric applies the same way to every company.
4. Issuers and Third Parties
Companies, their representatives, and other third parties are welcome to report errors through this page too, the same way as anyone else. You can also use it to report misuse — for example, someone presenting one of our scores as a personal recommendation or an "analyst rating," or using it to promote a security. Our Terms of Service prohibit both.
5. Public Corrections Log
Material corrections, and any pause of scoring they required, are listed here, newest first.
