Accessibility Statement
Adaptive Investing · Effective October 9, 2026 · Last updated October 9, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Adaptive Investing is committed to making the Service usable by people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have not yet completed a full independent audit, so we describe the Service as partially conformant: some parts meet the standard and some do not yet.
2. What We Do
- Color is never the only signal. Score colors are always paired with a number and a text label, so you do not need to tell colors apart to read a result.
- Plain, structured pages. Our legal and policy pages use headings, lists, and tables in a logical order, use your device's own fonts, and work with browser zoom and text resizing.
- Language. Every page declares its language (English) so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
3. Known Limitations
These are the gaps we know about. We are working on them:
- Charts. Some charts and score visuals in the app do not yet have full text alternatives. We are adding them.
- Compact score colors. Some compact score colors in the app's sidebar are supplemented by screen-reader labels rather than a full visible text label; the score number itself is always shown.
- Interactive controls. Some controls in the app may not yet be fully keyboard operable or fully labeled for screen readers. We are fixing these.
- JavaScript required. The app interface needs JavaScript to run. Our policy pages do not.
- Scoring paused. While live scoring is temporarily paused, the app shows a short notice page instead of the scoring interface.
4. Report a Barrier
If you have trouble using any part of the Service, please email contact@adaptive-investing.com. It helps to include:
- The page address (URL) and what you were trying to do;
- What went wrong;
- The browser and any assistive technology you use (for example, a screen reader or voice control), if you are comfortable sharing it.
If you need information from the Service in a different format, ask and we will try to provide it.
5. Response Target
We aim to send a first response within 5 business days. We will tell you what we plan to do and, where a fix will take longer, offer another way to get the information you need in the meantime.
6. About This Statement
This statement was prepared on October 9, 2026, based on our own review of the Service. We will update it as we fix the limitations above.
